On the second day of the Dubai Airshow,Yemenia announced that it had signed an MoU to buy 10 Airbus A320s, with delivery scheduled to begin in 2011, while low-cost carrier Flydubai said that it had signed $160m worth of aircraft financing deals. Despite continued high attendance figures, no major announcements matching those made in 2007 are expected at the event. | |

The Tiger will be performing daily flight demonstrations at the Dubai Air Show, marking the new generation combat helicopter's first public appearance in the region. Test Pilot Fabrice Bonne and Flight Test Engineer Laurent Palcy will perform aerial manoeuvres such as the "pitch up" and "roll off" as they demonstrate the helicopter's maneuverability.
