A message from mail2.im to ola.koenig@gmail.com

Ok! You're all signed up for mail2.im!

Basically at the moment, any mail to olakoenig@mail2.im will get redirected here, to ola.koenig@gmail.com, which is not too exciting.
So, let me tell you a few things about how to get your messages to follow you, and how to send messages from anywhere too - which is more exciting.
First, you can go to http://mail2.im/381:7B26972B6F9E14D06739D08E6A86F8B1 to add and subtract email, IM, and mobile phone numbers from your mail2.im account
Please bookmark that address! You'll need it whenever you want to add or subtract from your account

Whenever anyone sends a message to you, we'll look through all of your email, IM, and mobile phone accounts and figure out which one to forward the message to.
If you're available online on IM, we'll send it there, to the last IM you talked to us with
If you're offline or away, we'll send to to the last email or phone number you talked to us with

To send a message to anyone FROM your IM or mobile phone, just do this
For IM, instant message mail2.im with the first word of the message as your friend's email address, or, if you know it and your friend has one, the first word can be your friend's mail2.im account.
For example, you could IM "nigel hi" or you could im "nigel@mail2.im hi".. Either would send a message to nigel
For the phone, it works the same way, except your message needs to start with the words "mail2.im". This is because mail2.im shares certain phone numbers with other services. If you forget to start with the words "mail2.im", you might send to some other strange service!
For example, you can text "mail2.im nigel hi" or "mail2.im nigel@mail2.im hi" and reach nigel wherever he is - email, IM, text, whatever
If you want to send a lot via text messaging, you'll probably find it most convenient to save your friend's emails or user ids in the Quick Text of your phone. This is a feature many phones have to remember short commonly used friends and offer you a way to type those entire phrases quickly with just a few buttons
